RM Classic Uncemented Bevelled Cup TiCP - Acetabulum prosthesis

Intended purpose

The RM Classic Cup is intended to treat primary implantations in case of hip arthrosis, dysplasic coxarthroses, post-traumatic coxarthroses and revisions with slight bone loss.

Functional description

The RM Classic bevelled cup is a monoblock uncemented implant. It is designed for primary and rotational stability through the wedging effect of the two anchoring pegs and secondary stability through macro- and microstructure of the surface. The inclination of 30° increases the contact surface between head and cup by 23%, assures an improved pressure distribution on the polyethylene and reduces the luxation risk. The cup can be used with screws for improved fixation of the cup.
