Evoke Active Anchor Kit - Anchor, soft-tissue implanted, non-biodegradable

Intended purpose

The Evoke System is a spinal cord stimulation (SCS) system which stimulates the nerves in the spinal cord, measures their responses and automatically adjusts the stimulation level accordingly. It is intended to aid in the management of chronic intractable pain of the lower back and/or legs. The Evoke Active Anchor is intended to be used to secure the Evoke percutaneous lead in place.

Functional description

The Active Anchor may be used to secure the Evoke Lead to the ligamentum flavum or deep fascia. The Lead is secured to the Anchor by means of a clamp.
