Intended purpose

STRATAFIX™ Symmetric PDS™ Plus Knotless Tissue Control Device Antibacterial are indicated for general soft tissue approximation.

Functional description

Consists of uncoated absorbable thread with unidirectional anchors, equipped with surgical needle at one end & fixation tab at the other. The anchors & fixation tab design allows for tissue approximation in a continuous or running suture pattern along the length of the wound without need to tie surgical knots providing intimate wound edge approximation and security. Contains broad spectrum antibacterial agent, triclosan at no more than 2360 µ/m.
