Intended purpose

The recharger is intended to charge compatible Medtronic rechargeable neurostimulators

Functional description

Contains: Recharger, Belt, Battery pack, Battery compartment cover, Power supply, Power adaptor. The Recharger utilises a rechargeable power source to recharge the INS. The Recharger connects to a Controller and draws power from the controller’s power source. Energy from the power source is converted to electromagnetic energy and transmitted to the implanted neurostimulator where the energy is converted into current and used to replenish the implanted power supply.
