Intended purpose

The red and blue region of the light spectrum is indicated to treat mild to moderate acne vulgaris on the face through a non-thermal mechanism called Photodynamic therapy. The red and NIR region of the light spectrum, specifically indicated to treat full facial wrinkles through a non-thermal mechanism called photobimodulation.
