Intended purpose
A general-purpose remote afterloading brachytherapy applicator system used with compatible afterloaders to position and guide radioactive sources for delivery of therapeutic radiation. The device group includes a range of applicators for interstitial, intracavitary, intraluminal and surface brachytherapy with specific use dependent on the individual applicator design.
