Intended purpose
A disposable device used to conduct medical gases from the anaesthesia system fresh gas supply to the patient. The breathing system may connect between the patient, ventilator, circle absorber or monitoring connections. It typically includes both an inhalation and exhalation route and may be of either rebreathing or nonrebreathing design.
