Intended purpose
A disposable device used to conduct medical gases from the anaesthesia system fresh gas supply to the patient. The breathing system typically connects between the patient, ventilator, circle absorber or monitor connections. It includes both an inhalation and exhalation route and may be of either rebreathing or nonrebreathing design.
