Intended purpose
The Phasitron 5 UC breathing circuit is connected to the IPV1 Drivers (or control units) to complete the IPV 1 System. TheIPV 1 System is intended to augment ventilation ofspontaneously breathing adult and paediatric (2 years andolder) patients within the hospital/clinical/physician’s officeenvironment to provide Airway Clearance Therapy (ACT) byclinically trained professionals or respiratory technicians.
