Intended purpose

A rotary cutting device used in dental and orthodontic procedures. The working end of the device is made from tungsten carbide and designed to fit into a dental handpiece,intended to cut hard structures in the mouth, for example, teeth, amalgam, enamel and bone. It can also be used to cut hard metals, plastics, porcelains and similar materials. These devices are reusable and supplied non-sterile for sterilisation before use.
