Intended purpose

The single use, sterile tunneling adaptor is a component which connects the Tunneling Lance to the HM3 percutaneous cable to externalize the cable during surgery. The tunneling adapter is used to protect the pump cable connector from fluid and debris while being passed through the abdominal tissue.
