Intended purpose
The intended use of the Apomine D-mine Pen is to deliver Apomorphine subcutaneously in patients with Parkinsons's disease on a daily basis. The intermittent administration via Pen application allows the rescue therapy with stimulation of striatal dopamine receptors which matches the physiological situation of the striatum in the brain.
