Intended purpose

Designed to provide a pathway to be used for delivering contrast media to selected sites in the vascular system during an angiographic procedure.

Functional description

Impulse has a stiff proximal shaft that delivers required pushability and kink resistance. Also features a soft distal segment allowing for safer engagement and coaxial alighnment in the vessel. Impulse has a braid pattern from hub to tip .The lumen is designed to produce a high flow need for improved visualisation.
