Intended purpose

These catheters facilitate access (via the Seldinger technique) to the cervical and aortic arch arteries and branches or to the veins or venous structures that ultimately connect with the superior vena cava to perform selective catheter-based diagnostic angiography by injection of contrast.

Functional description

The catheters are positioned into target vessels via Seldinger technique and serve as a conduit for the injection of contrast agent at the specified flow rate.
