Intended purpose
Angiographic catheters are designed to be used for delivering radiopaque media to selected sites in the vascular system in conjunction with routine diagnostic procedures. Angiographic catheters with marker bands may also be used for anatomical measurements.
Functional description
The catheters are wire braided for greater torque control; improved longitudinal stability; high degree of manoeuvrability and pushability; has excellent tip memory and bumper tip adds softness to the catheter. The radiopacity tip ensures accurate placement and visualisation.
