Intended purpose
The WEBSTER CS Catheter is indicated for electrophysiological mapping of cardiac structures; i.e., stimulation and recording only. The catheter is designed for use in the coronary sinus.
Functional description
The catheter is inserted in a large central vessel and then connected to the appropriate interface cable and navigation system. The catheter is then advanced into the coronary sinus using both fluoroscopy and electrograms to aid in proper positioning. The curvature of the catheter is adjsuted via the thumb knob.
