Pronto LP Extraction Catheter - Catheter, embolectomy

Intended purpose

The PRONTO LP catheter is indicated for the removal of fresh, soft emboli and thrombi from vessels in the coronary and peripheral system.

Functional description

A dual lumen, rapid exchange catheter with accessories. The smaller lumen of the catheter is for guidewires =0.36mm diam. The larger lumen includes a stylet to resist kinking during delivery but is removed for the removal of thrombus by aspiration. The catheter has a max O.D. of 1.50mm and working length of 137cm.The proximal end of the catheter has a Y-adapter hub containing a self-sealing stylet port and a side-port for the attachment of the extension line. A 70µm filter basket is included.
