Intended purpose

The AXS Vecta 46 Intermediate Catheters are indicated to facilitate the insertion and guidance of appropriately sized interventional devices in the neurovascular system. It is also indicated for use in the neurovasculature to remove/aspirate soft emboli and thrombi in patients with vessel blockage in order to assist in restoring blood flow.

Functional description

The AXS Vecta 46 Intermediate Catheters are intended to facilitate the insertion and guidance of appropriately sized interventional devices into a selected blood vessel. It is also intended to remove/aspirate soft emboli and thrombi from vessels.
