Intended purpose

Intended for use in the treatment of hydrocephalus as a component of a shunt system when draining or shunting of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is indicated.

Functional description

Each ARES catheter kit includes an ARES ventricular catheter with an integral Right Angle Clip, stainless steel stylet and an ARES peritoneal catheter.
