AtriClip FLEX LAA Exclusion System with Pre-Loaded Gillnov-Cosgrove Clip - Clip, internal, ligating

Intended purpose

The AtriClip LAA Exclusion System facilitates delivery and placement of AtriClip device for exclusion of the heart’s left atrial appendage.

Functional description

The device consists of a single use, sterile, permanently implantable clip that is pre-loaded into a single use, sterile clip applier. The clip provides a clamping force for the exclusion of the left atrial appendage and comes in sizes 35, 40, 45 and 50mm. The clip applier is used to facilitate the positioning and deployment of the clip. It has a 6cm flexible shaft, plunger grip and omnidirectional head +/- 45 degrees.
