ACS SC Femoral Component Cementless pc - Coated knee femur prosthesis

Intended purpose

A cementless femoral component of the ACS knee system for use in knee arthroplasty. Knee arthroplasty with the ACS Knee System is indicated, if - severe joint destruction with significant impairment where other therapeutic measures are not more promising. - severe joint pain due to degenerative or rheumatoid arthritis, joint fractures or bone necrosis. - post-operative conditions after previous surgery with or without the use of implants.

Functional description

CoCrMo alloy with TiN & porous coating. Has an open box and femoral spindle, which interact with the peg of the PE-insert and contribute to the stabilization of the knee joint. Allows for flexibility with the selection of the femoral size due to a size independent box width and height. Stem extensions can be used by a conical connection via an offset adapter. The femoral cone has an integrated valgus of 6°, which facilitates the implantation of components with stem extensions.
