Intended purpose

OssGuide is an absorbable collagen Membrane which consists of highly purified type I collagen which is derived from porcine pericardium. This is intended use in periodontal and/or dental surgery procedures as a material placement in the area of periodontal defects, dental implant, bone defect or ridge construction or aid wound healing post surgery.

Functional description

OssGuide is an Absorbable collagen which consists of natural collagen without further cross-linking treatments or chemical agents. The product has a porous and fibrous microstructure that is hydrophilic and prevents the ingrowth of fibrous tissue into the bone defect and provides ideal healing conditions after application. The product can be used regardless of front and back side.
