Intended purpose

The device is a reusable dental rotary handpiece intended for use by dental professionals in dental procedures. The handpiece includes a chuck mechanism for attaching dental burs, reamers, polishers, and other rotary instruments. The device is designed to be connected to an external power source, including an air-driven turbine (high-speed configuration) or an electric micromotor (slow-speed configuration), to provide rotational motion for cutting, drilling, shaping, finishing, and polishing of tooth structure and dental materials. High-speed configurations may incorporate a water spray system for cooling of cutting instruments during operation.
