Intended purpose

These dental devices incorporate an electric motor, which when used in conjunction with a flexible drive system, provides the rotational power for a dental straight/contra angle handpiece to be used intraorally for a variety of dental surgery procedures like cavity and crown preparations, removal of fillings, processing of tooth and restoration surfaces, cutting off of crowns and bridges etc.
