Intended purpose

Prophylaxis powder is indicated for the following types of professional treatment: - Removal of supra-gingival bacterial plaque; - Removal of stains on the tooth surface; - Plaque removal prior to fluoride treatment; - Plaque and stain removal prior to whitening procedure; - Prophylaxis (plaque and stain removal) on patients with ongoing orthodontic treatment; - Cleaning prior to bonding ortho brackets; - Surface preparation prior to placing composite restorations; - Surface preparation prior to bonding, cementation of inlays, crowns, and veneers.
