Talos™ Thoracic Stent Graft System - Bare Stent Graft - Descending thoracic aorta endovascular stent-graft

Intended purpose

The device is intended to be used to treat Stanford type B aorta dissection patients with appropriate landing zone by implanting the stent graft in descending aorta. The stent will then cover the primary aortic intimal tear, exclude the false lumen and restore blood flow through the stent graft lumen. The patients should have iliac or femoral artery access vessel morphology that is compatible with vascular access techniques, devices, or accessories.
