Intended purpose

An accessory to a gas distension system (a valve with hoses and mounting bracket) with or without a trolley, that allows a gas (eg. CO2) to be used to distend a body cavity, to facilitate surgical intervention and viewing within a gas-filled space via a laparoscope and allowing surgical instruments to be introduced and used within the site.
