Intended purpose

Pocket-X Gel is intended to improve the healing of the gingiva and to inhibit bacterial re-colonization in the periodontal pocket. Pocket-X Gel is indicated to be used as an adjunctive treatment after root surface debridement (RSD) for moderate to severe chronic periodontal disease in adults with periodontal pockets. It is recommended also as part of the routine periodontal treatment program performed by a dentist.
