Urgotul Ag/Silver - Dressing, highly-absorbent, hydrophilic gel-forming, antimicrobial

Intended purpose

UrgoTul Ag/Silver is indicated for the local treatment of wounds at risk or with signs of local infection: chronic wounds (pressure ulcers and leg ulcers) and acute wounds (partial thickness burns, dermabrasions, traumatic wounds, surgical wounds, etc...).

Functional description

UrgoTul Ag/Silver is a dressing impregnated with Silver salts produced using Lipido-Colloid Technology (TLC). The dressing consists of a Silver Healing Matrix made of polyester mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid particles (carboxymethylcellulose), vaseline, cohesion polymers and Silver salts. UrgoTul Ag/Silver is non-adhesive and non-occlusive and does not adhere to the wound bed.
