Intended purpose

The purpose of the Exceed Microneedling Device is to perform percutaneous collagen induction (PCI) through minimally invasive puncture of the epidermis and dermis by means of needle puncturing (microneedling). The minimally invasive puncturing of the dermis and epidermis ensures that the skin suffers no open wounds. Epithelial function is therefore restored very quickly, and the treatment requires only a very short regeneration phase. The area of application is the treatment of acne scars on the face for the clinical improvement of scars and in particular, the reduction of scar depth and normalisation of the skin structure.
