Intended purpose

The catheter is intended only for electrophysiological mapping (stimulation and recording) of cardiac structures. The catheter is also intended to interface with a compatible CARTO™ 3 System for visualization.

Functional description

3.5 Fr multi-electrode electrophysiological circular mapping catheter designed to facilitate electrophysiological stimulation & recording in atrial region of heart. Deployment through any catheter featuring working channel of compatible size & length. Distal tip has loop with platinum electrodes that can be used for recording & stimulation. A sensor embedded in tip allows catheter to provide location information & create 3D electroanatomic maps.
