Intended purpose
Following the removal of infected, necrotic or inflamed pulpal tissues and placement of intracanal dressing, permanent obturation of root canal is achieved through Endosequence sealers. These bioceramic fillers/sealers helps obturation of canals following pulp extirpation, whether vital or non-vital, in conjunction with coated cones to try achieve gap-free seal, and cohesiveness helps achieve increased fracture resistance. The RRMs is intended to help pulp-capping and aids repair root resorption, apical fillings/apexification.
