Intended purpose
A collection of sterile, flexible, synthetic tubing & associated items including clamps, bottle caps, connectors and valves to be used as a conduit to deliver medical gases [e.g. carbon dioxide (CO2), medical air] from its source through the appropriate channel of an endoscope for insufflation during an endoscopic procedure. It can also be used for endoscopic lens washing and drying, or delivery of water or other irrigation solution for endoscopic irrigation. This is a disposable medical device for 24 hours use (to be discarded daily) after package has been opened.
