Intended purpose

The range of Lode ergometers are intended to be used as a stress test device in a medical environment, primarily to create reproducible stress tests and measuring the effect. With ergometers typically the workload (watt) is imposed. This product is designed both for manual operation and for control by external equipment and has the ability to measure patient parameters such as non-invasive blood pressure or blood oxygen saturation, pulse rate, heart rate, RPM and power output. The ergometer is used in exercise testing and may also be used for rehabilitation or active aging therapy. The device has to be operated under the supervision of well-trained medical specialists in the field of use.
