Intended purpose
Trial Heads are intended to be used in trial reductions during hip arthroplasty to judge correct size and help achieve desired offet, leg-length and range of motion of final prosthesis to be implanted; designed to mirror the shape of head implants to fit over the neck of stem/trial rasp/trial neck. This is a reusable device intended to be sterilized prior to use.
