Intended purpose

Surgical Drills, drill bits, and drill extenders are used in dental surgery for the purpose of drilling a precise hole at the appropriate depth and width in the bone of the oral cavity to facilitate the implantation of dental appliance . These devices are made from stainless steel, are reusable, and are to be attached to a motorized handpiece which provides rotatory motion. These devices are sold in non-sterile condition but can be sterilized by steam sterilization.
