Intended purpose

The CADD®-Solis system provides reliable pump performance, accurate medication delivery and ease of use. It’s a multi-therapy infusion platform designed to promote patient care and safety for a variety of adult and pediatric patients and clinical care areas. The pump can be programmed with a protocol configuration consisting of a therapy, qualifier and drug information. The pump delivers via the following delivery profiles: PCA, continuous, intermittent, variable stepped rate, and tapered infusions for analgesia, chemotherapy, hydration, antibiotics, immune globulin, and TPN.
