HME/Filter and Catheter Mount - Heat/moisture exchanger, antimicrobial

Intended purpose

The HME and bacterial /viral filter is intended for humidification and bacterial/viral filtration during anaesthesia and intensive care. The HME is used to support the maintenance of humidity and heat in the patient as part of the care line. The bacterial /viral filter filters the inspired air and protects the patient circuit and the ventilator or anaesthesia machine from contamination. Catheter mounts are used in anaesthesia and intensive care to receive flexibility between the patient and breathing system, also as connectors for breathing circuits, and for circuit-patient connection.
