Functional description
A component of the Tornier Perform Humeral System, the Perform Humeral Head component when assembled with a Perform Humeral Head Coupler component produces a modular humeral head in an anatomic configuration. May be used as a hemi-arthroplasty, or in conjunction with a glenoid implant, as a total replacement.
