Software intended to support management of diagnostic and non-therapy parameters in implanted Medtronic cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED)

Functional description

The Instrument Command Library (ICL) is the component built into the CareLink Network that allows device alert settings to be remotely managed through communication with the home monitor. It also supports the generation of commands and consumable information for remote programming.
