SynVitro Hyadase - In vitro fertilization culture medium

Intended purpose

To be used for the removal of the cumulus complex and corona radiata surrounding a human oocyte in preparation for intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) as part of assisted reproduction techniques.

Functional description

Serves to provide physiological conditions that break down the the cumulus complex and corona radiata surrounding a human oocyte. Immersion of the oocyte is for approximately 10 seconds before removal of the complex via a denudation pipette and transfer to Universal IVF Medium.
