ORIGIO Sequential Fert 8302 (With Phenol Red) - In vitro fertilization culture medium

Intended purpose

For fertilisation of oocytes by conventional in vitro fertilisation (IVF) or Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). This product is for ART treatment, whether the cause of infertility is male or female. The product should only be used by professionals trained in ART treatment.

Functional description

A sterile, non-viscous solution, in PETG bottles with HDPE cap. Equilibrated at 37°C and 5-6% CO2 for a minimum of 2 hours with the lid on but not tightly closed. The in vitro fertilization is carried out on day 0 in pre-equilibrated medium in a 37°C 5-6% CO2 environment. After fertilization (on day 0 in case of ICSI or on day 1 (after 16-20 hrs in case of IVF) the fertilized zygotes are transferred to fresh pre-equilibrated cleavage medium in 37°C and 5-6% CO2 and cultured to day 2 or 3.
