SynVitro Hyadase - In vitro fertilization culture medium

Intended purpose

For removal of the cumulus complex and corona radiata surrounding the oocyte. This product is for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory procedures. The product should only be used by professionals trained in ART treatment.

Functional description

Serves to provide physiological conditions that break down the cumulus complex and corona radiata surrounding a human oocyte. Immersion of the oocyte is for approximately 10 seconds before removal of the complex via a denudation pipette and transfer to another medium. It is recommended that oocytes are not exposed to SynVitro Hyadase for more than 60 seconds.
