SpermSlow - In vitro fertilization culture medium

Intended purpose

For slowing down and selection of mature viable spermatozoa for ICSI based on their ability to bind to hyaluronate. This product is for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory procedures. The product should only be used by professionals trained in ART treatment.

Functional description

A semi-viscous medium that contains hyaluronate. The increased viscosity facilitates sperm manipulation during ICSI. Binding of sperm to hyaluronate allows for selection of mature spermatozoa, while immature spermatozoa will move freely in the medium.
