ORIGIO Handling 8310 (without Phenol red) - In vitro fertilization culture medium

Intended purpose

For handling and micromanipulation of gametes and embryos outside CO2 incubator. Indications include oocyte retrieval (incl. follicle flushing), gamete (oocyte/sperm) and embryo washing, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), assisted hatching, and trophectoderm biopsy. This product is for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory procedures. The product should only be used by professionals trained in ART treatment.

Functional description

Must be pre-warmed to 37 degrees C or room temperature (20-25 degrees C), depending on the specimen: 37 degrees C (oocytes and embryos), 20-25 degrees C (sperm). The warming period depends on the volume of medium and oil overlay. At 37 degrees C, pH will be at 7.4 ± 0.1. The product is used according to standard principles within the ART laboratory.
