SynVitro Flush 1576 (with heparin) - In vitro fertilization culture medium

Intended purpose

For retrieval (incl. follicle flushing), holding and washing of oocytes. This product is for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory procedures. The product should only be used by professionals trained in ART treatment.

Functional description

Prior to use, medium must be pre-warmed to 37 degrees C. The warming period depends on volume of medium and oil overlay. The product is used according to standard principles within the ART laboratory. Provides a liquid environment with physiological osmolality and pH, and energy components supporting oocyte biological function during in vivo collection as well as in vitro holding and washing in ambient environment. Includes heparin to avoid coagulation of blood in the aspirated follicle fluid.
