ORIGIO Sperm Wash - In vitro fertilization culture medium

Intended purpose

For washing of sperm, the isolation of motile viable sperm by swim-up method, the dilution of density gradient media, and as holding medium for IUI. This product is for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratory procedures. The product should only be used by professionals trained in ART treatment.

Functional description

ORIGIO Sperm Wash is a colourles, non-viscous solution contained in 10 mL and 60 mL transparent plastic bottles with caps. ORIGIO Sperm Wash (8405) is for washing of spermatozoa, the isolation of mobile viable sperm by the swim-up method, dilution of ORGIO Gradient media, and as a holding medium for sperm prior to IUI.
