A hand-held, sterile, automatic (spring-loaded) or manually-operated intraosseous infusion device which sometimes comes with or without fixation dressing that provides rapid, safe and easy intravascular access through the bone marrow for the purpose of administering emergency medications and other fluids. It is for single-use only.
