Intended purpose

Catheter kit for implantation in to a patient for monitoring of Intracranial pressure and temperature to be displayed on a monitoring device

Functional description

The Catheter Kit is a polyamide monitoring catheter with sensors at the distal end to monitor pressure and temperature. The catheter has a bolt with a tightening screw for fixing to the patient with a spacer ring to adjust depth. The catheter is connected to a cable with electrical connectors at the proximal end for connection to the Pressio ICP monitor.
