Intended purpose

The JADA System is intended for the control and treatment of abnormal postpartum uterine bleeding or haemorrhage, due to suspected atony, when conservative management is warranted. The JADA System is intended to be inserted within the first 24 hours of delivery. JADA may be used for a maximum of 24 hours. It is intended for use by healthcare professionals trained and experienced in obstetrics.
